At eSIMply, we are committed to providing swift and efficient service. All our eSIM products are delivered digitally for your convenience. Upon confirmation of your purchase, the eSIM will be promptly sent to the email address you have provided. A confirmation email detailing your purchase will also be dispatched to this email.

Return Policy

Refund and Cancellation Terms

At eSIMply, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you find yourself dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, we offer a refund under the following conditions: 

  • Refund requests can be submitted within 60 days from the purchase date, provided the eSIM has not been activated.
  • In the event of installation or usage issues due to technical problems from eSIMply’s end, you are entitled to request a refund or replacement of the eSIM.

Please be aware that once the eSIM is installed, it is deemed as utilised, and we will not be able to provide any form of refund.

Refund Procedure

To initiate a refund, kindly reach out to our support team. Depending on the issue, we may require additional information to process your refund request, such as screenshots for technical issues or specific details regarding any discrepancies in the invoiced amount. Refunds will be processed using the original method of payment.

Policy on Fraudulent Transactions

eSIMply reserves the right to deny refunds in cases of suspected abuse, breach of our terms and conditions, or fraudulent activities related to the use of our products and services. Unauthorised purchases will undergo a thorough investigation prior to any refund approval.
