I am finding the network speeds are slow?

There are specific scenarios where you might find it necessary to delete an eSIM from your iOS device, such as:

  • The eSIM’s Data Package Has Expired: Each eSIM from eSIMply comes equipped with a ready-to-activate data plan. You can verify the status of this data package directly through your eSIMply account, either via our app or website. If the data package associated with your eSIM is still active and not yet expired, we advise against deleting the eSIM from your device.

  • The eSIM Is No Longer Needed: Certain eSIMs from eSIMply are designed for a single use and do not support top-ups. Once you’ve fully utilized these eSIMs, you’re clear to remove them from your device. Similarly, if you have an eSIM that you’ve decided you won’t use again, it’s safe to delete it as well.

  • Replacing an eSIM for the Same Country/Region: Purchasing a new eSIM from eSIMply for the same country or region as an existing one means you’ll be installing a fresh eSIM. Each new purchase necessitates a clean installation to prevent any mix-ups about which eSIM is currently active on your device.

How to Delete an eSIM:

To proceed with the removal of an eSIM, navigate to the Mobile/Cellular Settings on your device, select the eSIM you wish to remove, and opt for “Remove Mobile Data Plan”. The exact wording might vary, including phrases like “Remove eSIM”, “Delete Mobile Plan”, or similar variants.
